Recently, I have been reminded that there is a hidden blessing in the word NO.

In the stillness of trying to heal ourselves, we may lack motivation, feel sadness. There is no shame in feeling like this.

Don't hold on to what you no longer have. It's ok to start again every day if you must. This isn't the end or the beginning.

The joy is so pure without fear or worry. How long has it been since you felt happiness without fear, worry or self-doubt to stop you?
