Today, I want to explore a simple yet profound idea: that our thoughts, especially those filled with love and positivity, have the power to nourish our dreams and help us connect with our loved ones in the dream world.


We all know the saying, "You are what you think." But have you ever considered how your thoughts before sleep can shape your dreams and even create spiritual connections with those you hold dear? An easy way to boost our positivity is watch things that bring us pleasure….for me it’s Christmas scenes with snow, people sitting around camp fires, videos of cats or birds. The cottage core and fairy corners of instagram feed my soul for a few minutes each day.
